Enable Zcmt support in core-v-verif tests

This PR introduces zcmt to riscv-dv randomtesting and enables zcmt compiler flags for all? relevant configurations.

Note: This requires updated compiler support, tested with: corev-openhw-gcc-centos7-20230310
