Remove coverage reports for CV32E40P v1.0.0

This PR removes docs/Reports as some files under that directory tree are javascript, and the license/ownership of such files is unclear.

Once we demonstrate to ourselves that this doesn't break anything on the cv32e20/dev branch, I will issue a second PR to remove the files from master.
