Integrity backup

I made a new PR for xsecure interface integrity because I tried to use git rebase on the other branch, but it turned into a mess. I will practice how to use git rebase in a more safe environment before the next PR. (This branch is the backup I made before trying to rebase). The code should be identical to https://github.com/openhwgroup/core-v-verif/pull/1519, but with the updated cv32e40s/dev code merged into the branch.
