gitlab-ci: dashboard generation scripts fix

Related to gitlab-ci, To fix limitation of gitlab that doesn't support variable that contains white spaces I put it into quotes in previous commits. The script fixed here have some part where this quotes are "'doubled'" and then evaluated as part of the string that cause trouble in the end. @JeanRochCoulon
