Update spike and riscv-dv version

Hello,

This PR updates our version of spike and riscv-dv. Hashs for the installation are updated. A script, spike_log_to_trace_csv.py, in riscv-dv needed a fix due to the new spike version. The file has been moved into sim directory until the fix is merged in riscv-dv. I will open an issue to the google team with a way to fix it. Until then, i suggest to use the new script.
