Tbcleanup mike 20200506

Hi Sebastien. This is a pretty simple pull-request to remove some unused directories in cv32/tb. I did have to edit Makefiles and manifest. I've tests the cores tb using Verilator, dsim and xrun. The uvmt_cv32 has been run with dsim and xrun.
