Eclipse Webmaster requested to merge fpga-bringup into master

  • Nexys breaks because of black box modules:
    • eFPGA
    • Padframe
    • Padmux
  • Genesys2 breaks earlier because of the wrong IO assignments, needs to be fixed once we have the Nexys running again
