Update link download button

A finding from the openPASS progress review:

Website of project (and working group) has download links to a meanwhile renamed repo

• link https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipse/simopenpass/simopenpass
• is forwarded to https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipse/openpass/opSimulation

Change has to be probably done in nav_more.html.
