[Q3-redesign] - Implement Who is using Eclipse SDV/Adopters page

hey @cguindon & @oliviergoulet do you think it will be possible to create the following webpage for SDV based entirely on the project adopters and use cases? We have this example from Eclipse IoT: https://iot.eclipse.org/adopters/

And Wayne mentioned that there is a way to automatically generated that content -- I believe: https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/it/api/eclipsefdn-project-adopters

What support you will need from me on this one? Do you still need a design file?
