Show information directly in the PMI project page about last project's successful review (and/or next required review)

Context

According to the EDP, when a project successfully completes a review it has the liberty to make minor and major releases for a year. Lately, the EMO has been scheduling yearly Progress Reviews (instead of release reviews) for Eclipse projects, and this approach seems to have been well received. However, since progress reviews are not necessarily linked to a particular release, these are not shown in the initial project page (Project Overview) where the project releases are listed. Information about releases and reviews is only available in the Project's governance page.

Proposal

When browsing the PMI's project page, it would be useful to show users (project committers and Eclipse staff) a message with information related to the last successful review (progress or otherwise) and/or when the next required review is due. A box on top of the PMI page of the project showing this information would provide a fast overview regarding the status of the project.
