Update temporary password to use a strong and secure generator

@heurtemattes I added you just to get input on the cryptographic part, as we need to generate temporary passwords using the updated code. Modern systems should always have an algorithm available, but I don't think we want this system to fall over if we have a less perfect crypto scheme.
