The chart labels have a YY-MM format which is strange to read

I noticed today that the chart labels are in a YY-MM format, which is strange to read. Having the year on the left side is confusing. I think having the year on the left only makes sense when it is YYYY-MM-DD.

I don't know if it was always like this or if it's from a regression. But the year and month should certainly be swapped.
