Allow multiple filters on contact management table
This issue was discovered while discussing some user feedback with @zfazli. While the initial feedback was about sort order (we sort by first name rather than last name like most payroll/CRM platforms which usually sort by the last name), it was discovered that there is an issue with filters.
Currently, we can only apply 1 filter at a time which is very restrictive to people really making use of this table. We should support at least 2 filters so that we can sort by role and name if we want. While 1 filter can accomplish this, it would mean clearing the previous filter which may have been how a user was using it previously.
Additionally, we should consider providing a small blurb above the table to indicate how to use the filters, as they aren't immediately obvious how to use them unless you have used similar tables before.
