[Bug 469989] Consider providing specific checkboxes for older versions

Description

The question of whether or not Marketplace should support detection and filtering of solutions supporting versions lower than Juno has already been discussed and deemed something that's not going to receive cycles, but there is another aspect that's worth discussing...

The Eclipse versions you specify are also displayed on the solution pages. The current system that ends with "Previous to Juno (<=4.1)" leads to confusing information being presented to users.

Consider Sapphire, which has two solution versions:

9 : Supports Luna through Mars
8.2 : Supports Indigo through Mars (Luna and Mars checkboxes omitted in the listing to not conflict with 9)

So, additional details for Sapphire display the following:

Eclipse Versions:
Mars (4.5), Luna (4.4), Kepler (4.3), Juno (4.2, 3.8), Previous to Juno (<=4.1)

This is clearly incorrect as it implies that Sapphire supports Helios and other older releases, which it does not.

I recommend that even if we don't extend detection/filtering support to older releases, that "Previous to Juno (<=4.1)" checkbox be replaced with a few more checkboxes listing older releases, so that solutions can accurately describe what they support.
