Add F1tenth adopters logo and adjust styles and shortcode for adopters #554

After comments from Martin, I removed my changes and just adjust the img

I made some changes to the styles and shortcodes in order to make this logo right and increase our flexibilities next time adding different width & height logos, and won't break current ones
