Improve Eclipse IDE - Corporate Sponsorship options

Hello, I'm creating this issue to keep track as part of Q2 effort, but pending to align with @thomasfroment and @emerks

We need to improve Corporate Sponsorship https://eclipseide.org/working-group/#members

Some ideas:

• Create a subsection URL https://eclipseide.org/working-group/#sponsors that redirect to this part of the page:
• Rename and edit the buttons link:
• "Contact us for Sponsorship" --> "Become a Corporate Sponsor" and link to the contact form,
• "Become a Sponsor" --> "Become an Individual Sponsor" and link to individual sponsorship https://www.eclipse.org/sponsor/ide/
• and leave the "Development Funding Initiatives" for now.
• Add the agreement PDF as a part of the copy "https://www.eclipse.org/org/workinggroups/sponsorship/working-group-sponsorship-agreement.pdf"

For phase II of improvement:

• Upgrade messaging highlighting benefits and key Initiatives (similar to the work done here #767 (closed)
