Should improve the Eclipse IDE individual sponsorship page - e.g. by mentionning more clearly Eclipse RCP support

We expect people to give their money for the IDE. That's fine. But in fact the fear of companies using Eclipse RCP is that Eclipse RCP would no longer be maintained or delivered every quarter as is currently the case, with numerous vulnerabilities fixed with each version.

I suggest to change the title "Sponsor the Eclipse IDE" to "Sponsor the Eclipse IDE and the Eclipse Rich Client Platform (RCP)"
