Create 1-page site using coming soon template

Although this working group has already launched, we need a "coming soon" style page (without those words).

This WG doesn't have its own logo yet, so we will use the EF logo in the header.

Due date is Nov 28, so we have this live 1 week ahead of our press announcement on Dec. 5.

I made the initial commit of the site: c5b5fbec

However, we are currently experiencing issues with the preview framework. I can't share a link until the preview issue is resolved: https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/it/releng/jenkins-pipeline-library/-/issues/16

The Logos for IDSA and iShare Foundation are not available at their memberpages right?

Correct - Our web component for displaying members will use text if a logo doesn't exists. If they upload one via the membership portal, the site will automatically update.

Once the logo are uploaded, it will also update our list of members page on eclipse.org: https://www.eclipse.org/membership/exploreMembership.php

Could we remove the hyphen in open-source in both the first and second last line of text?

If we can't add on the current landing page, we would need to find to add this material in the next future.

@mkokabi can you make some minor design recommendations to elevate the look of this page? We want to keep this low effort as the page still needs to be live by the end of the week. Perhaps we can reuse some elements from threadx.io

As you suggested, the new layout follows the threadx.io design with a relevant colour scheme.

@oliviergoulet before we finalize this change, can you let me know how "easy" it would be to implement this? I know we are on a tight timeline and you have other priorities.

Can we change the text in "About the Working Group" to the following? Note the 2 paragraphs.

The mission of the Eclipse Dataspace Working Group is to provide a forum for individuals and organisations to build and promote open source software, specifications, and open collaboration models needed to create scalable, modular, extensible, industry-ready open source components based on open standards for dataspaces. 

The working group will focus on participating in standards development, implementation, and onboarding of existing open source projects including the Eclipse Dataspace Components project, and guiding associated projects in alignment with the overarching goal of supporting a broad ecosystem of interoperable dataspaces.

@oliviergoulet Looks good! Just joining our mailing list button text colour needs to be changed. it is now white in a rollover position, and blue in normal view.

Good catch on finding that bug. I submitted a patch to fix it. It should appear on the preview shortly.
