Update Eclipse Session when user is active on the account website.

It was reported by a user here that he had a stale Eclipse Session and was not able to go on https://dev.eclipse.org/committers/committertools/stats.php.

The user had to logout and log back in in order to renew the Eclipse Session and that's not a good user experience.

We will need to make sure that an expired/stale session get renewed if the user is active on accounts.eclispe.org.

We need to validate that this is actually an issue since in the code we seem to be updating the session or create a new one if we can't find it:

After doing some tests, I can confirm that the session is updated in the eclipse database when the user is active on accounts.eclipse.org.

Not sure we have anything more to do here, accounts already takes care of updating sessions.
