feat: flexible timeline

Adds a new timeline css component. It can be horizontal or vertical, allowing timeline items to be displayed differently.

You can reference the newly added story for "Timeline".

This patch introduces a breaking change. There was already a timeline class. It is used on eclipseide.org/getting-started. I renamed that class to step-timeline.
