Introduce a mock data library to facilitate writing tests
We've been writing mock data manually for quite some time, but it can be tedious to create it. Using a library will allow us to generate fake data for our tests programmatically. We could create plenty of organizations or working groups on the fly. It will also be easier to maintain if we change a model (e.g., adding a field to interest groups).
A popular library for mock data is faker.js. It has 3.3m weekly npm downloads.
The licensing seems unconventional, but it seems safe to use: https://github.com/faker-js/faker/blob/next/LICENSE
An alternative could be Falso, but it is significantly less widespread (124k weekly npm downloads). It carries an MIT license.
