Implement a widget for displaying participating organizations

Example URL: https://membership-staging.eclipse.org/api/projects/technology.dash/organizations

technology.dash is the project short id and that should be configurable via a data attribute on the widget div.

This widget is going to be used on pages like this one: https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/iot
