Add ability to use custom main menus

We should have a param which allows you to choose what main menu to use:

main_menu: research

and in config.toml:

[menu.research]
  name = "Home"
  url = "/research"

This can be done by updating the nav.html partial to index the menu specified by the param. It should default to main.
