feat: Remove most references to Gerrit in the profile stack

• feat: Remove most references to Gerrit in the profile stack

Currently, we retain the gerrit_url field as it is marked as a required field in the Java model. We will need to put out an update before fully removing that field. For now, it has been set to blank as it is a useless value.
