Errors attempting to find users from profile-api

It appears that the latest commons update broke the profile fetching.

This is causing the profile mailing-list endpoint to also fail. https://api.eclipse.org/account/profile/zacharysabourin/mailing-list

The solution should be as simple as including the quarkus-rest-client-reactive-jackson extension in the efservices module and updating the local pom in this project
