Upgrade to SDK 1.1.5 and FDB API 1.1.2

Switch to SDK 1.1.5 for latest fixes to packages and switchover to reactive from classic resteasy.

Switches to use foundation client package that includes record builder support for more fluent building of data sets to send to the server for updates.

Upgrade to SDK 1.1.5 and FDB API 1.1.2
