Iss #12 - Add template configurations for use in creating signature reqs

These templates should contain enough information to resolve signature requests end to end. There are currently 2 general options when creating requests for processing, being personal or organization level requests. Organization level requests will associate core docs with an org, while personal will associate them with the signer. Both options will add related documents to the associated people, either singular for personal, or all CR level individuals in the assoc. org.
