Sporadic null values for CVE summary

Sometimes on start, the summary values will have a value and then turn null. On pod restart, this did not happen so it looks like this is a sporadic issue. We'll want to investigate to improve stability as there is some underlying cause likely, but it isn't a high priority at the moment.
