Enable service in production

We are currently coordinating with the Open-vsx team to enable this service in production. Before this can happen, a few things need to be taken care of:

• Finalize the list of allowed admins
• Ensure K8s and Jenkinsfile are properly configured for production
• Ensure secrets are properly configured
• Ensure DB creds are gathered
• Create pod in OKD
• Route to this API via Nginx
