Update api.eclipse.org with the contents of this repository

https://api.eclipse.org should be updated with the contents of this repository, in the best case via a build job that is triggered for every push.

TLDR; The content from being pulled in from github. I made a patch to make sure that the OpenAPI spec is loaded from the library specified in our make file.

I am currently re-building the site. I would expect the site to include the latest version of https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/it/api/api.eclipse.org-docs/-/blob/master/spec/openapi.yaml

Note that we need to rebuild the API website in order to include updates since headers on gitlab.eclipse.org do not all us to load the API specs via javascript.

I can confirm that my change 4f9b2518 is live on https://api.eclipse.org now.

It's not clear to me, what needs to happen for changes to go live at the moment. Does it require you to rebuild the site manually on your machine? Or is it automated?

The Drupal make file is configured to always pull in the latest commits from master for that repo.
