Sign .exe and macOS from GitLab runner

Summary

This is somehow related to #3529 (closed).
The AsciiDoc TCK project produces a binary and we need to sign it for Windows and macOS.

Is there any plan to make the https://cbi.eclipse.org/authenticode/sign service available from GitLab runners?

It seems that currently the only solution is to use a Jenkins instance?

Many users cannot install the provided software since they are either in a restricted corporate environment that prohibits installation or they do not trust an unsigned installer
