[temurin-compliance] Contributor access for Michael Felt to Temurin project

Follow up to - #1455 (comment 846959) - I am unable to get the search box on the contributors page to accept this user's account: https://accounts.eclipse.org/users/aixtools

Steps to reproduce

Follow the steps on the Temurin project: Edit -> Source Code and Issues -> Contributors anmd try to type - "aixtools", "felt" or "demon" - the page doesn't show any drop downs for either of those (but e.g. demon does find other email addresses in that domain) - I have been able to add others as contributors in the last day which suggests there's something not quite right with Michael's account.

What is the current bug behavior?

No drop down occurs for any relevant search terms

What is the expected correct behavior?

I can add the user as a contributer as I've been able to with some of the others
