Request for Triage role for github.com/adoptium repos

Summary

We would like the ability to be able to give some people triage permissions (to be able to assign issues, etc) so they can assist in project management tasks.

Triage: Recommended for contributors who need to proactively manage issues and pull requests without write access

We know that to gain Write permissions, we would hold committer elections, but what is the proper process to add folks with Triage access?
