Added Documentation for Workshop session conducted in Tech Workshop 5.

• Exercise 1: Deployment of smart-x POC in AWS cloud.
• Exercise 2: Run Federated Catalogue locally on your systems.
• Cloud Setup: K8s files for the kubernetes running in the AWS cloud (to be used to deploy the architecture in any other cloud provider).
• OCM-deployment: Deployed OCM-Engine in SCS. Initial Docs are added, will add more configurations to this.
