Change title and message of error in dialogue

Current situation: If an invalid shacl file is uploaded, the exception message displayed in the frontend does not allow any conclusions to be drawn as to the cause as shown in the screenshot.
Fix: The specific exception message from the backend can now the used to display the cause of the error as shown in the following screenshot.
Caution: There is a breaking change that causes a merge request for the SD Creation Wizard Api.
