[BDD Framework] Migrate TRAIN BDD Testkit

The train BDD testkit has already a good foundation for the BDD framework, therefore we should migrate it and do the following modifications:

• Creating BDD Executor Docker Image by using the default pipeline
• Inserting in the Project a generic jenkins stage(+ file)
• Setup a Readme with default conventions about the folder structure e.g. "feature" Folder in Repository + jenkins file with stage on root level
