Draft: Update default schema to gaia-x spec 22.10

Hi, I'd like to use the fc with the 22.10 gaia-x spec and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one. Having the current 22.10 spec as default for the service would make life better.

From where I'm coming, this is all a bit hard to puzzle together, but in the spirit of contributing, I didn't want to just request it.

What I did was:

• Took the schemas and spec from https://registry.gaia-x.eu/v1/docs (Pierre Gronlier told me that this is where the official release is found).
• Transformed them to turtle files using an online conversion tool (https://issemantic.net/rdf-converter)
• Put them in the defaultschema folder

This all feels a bit wanky, I'm sure there is better way. May I ask, how you added the defaultschema in the first place?
