Fix/claims missing

I'am requesting you to add our changes to issues which became apparent in https://gitlab.com/gaia-x/data-infrastructure-federation-services/cat/fc-service/-/issues/130 . We have tests to further validate and once you give a feedback I will resolve soonest.
