Add revoke on GraphConfig

Dear Denis, Iam creating fresh MR for issue https://gitlab.com/gaia-x/data-infrastructure-federation-services/cat/fc-service/-/issues/107 . I think the branch is lagging for https://gitlab.com/gaia-x/data-infrastructure-federation-services/cat/fc-service/-/merge_requests/218 and needed a lot of UNDOS, hence creating a fresh one with revoke command in graphdbconfig.java .
