Update GraphDbConfig.java

Cristina Pauna requested to merge fix/graph-db-configuration into main

Since the the configurations for the deployment (GraphDbConfig.java) and the testing (EmbeddedNeo4JConfig.java) are not in sync, as mentioned in the comment of issue #108 this branch contains the update to synchronize both settings.
