verification service: extract claims, shacl validation

MRs !75 (closed) and !76 (closed) moved here claims extraction implemented, but has to be discussed how applicable the VP parsing component com.danubetech.verifiablecredentials.VerifiablePresentation) validation against shacl model implemented, but we need schema DB pre-populated with default schemas
