Support Credential Events Service (CES)

Following the Trust Framework requirement that a Catalogue should be able to export its credentials, the Gaia-X Lab has implemented a Credential Events Service. The XFSC Catalogue should be enabled to interoperate with this. A prerequisite for doing so will probably be to support the Compliance Credentials issued by the Gaia-X Compliance Service (cf. #178 (closed)) because much of the information required by the CES is contained in these.

This should be featured in the 12/13 December GXFS Tech Workshop (the first competing implementations will already be featured during the 9/10 November Gaia-X Summit). For this, it'll be a prerequisite

• to have it implemented by the end of November
• to have understood what exactly needs to be done (deep inside the XFSC Catalogue implementation) by 18 October.
