Configuratin/Collection: Use Interval from Metrics

According to CMM-F-03 (see below), intervals of metrics shall be used. My current way to set a scheduler for a CM is to get the minimum Metric interval of all Metrics (or Default if no interval is specified in any metric). This is only a workaround due to our inconsistent specification regarding metrics that shouldn't be bound to CMs and, thus, intervals as well.

CMM-F-03: "Any CM must collect evidence in high-frequency intervals as specified in the respective metric (see 111). They must stream it to the evaluation using the function SendEvidences (see 0)."
