Collection-Auth-Sec: Integration

This MR aims to make Collection-Auth-Sec K8s-ready: First, testing locally. Then in Docker network.

Currently, I get the following WARNINGS/ERRORS:

• "ERRO[0164] Evidence not valid: evidence value is missing component=evaluation"
• Eval Manager has to properly deal with evidences containing an Error
• "WARN[0406] Reporting an error: No issuer identifier given service=collection-authsec"- What do you expect in the config?

Minor things:

• different loggers
• group sort imports (I did it in initial commit)
