Remove reference to "coordinate release"

The Revisions section makes a reference to the "coordinate release":

The timeline for that Review should be chosen so as to incorporate the lessons of the previous annual coordinate Release and to be applied to the next annual coordinated Release.

That first reference should be coordinated. It also incorrectly references the defined term, "Review", which is not what's intended.

This was added in reference to the Eclipse IDE simultaneous release. The EDP is for all projects, not just those that participate in the simultaneous release, and--we make no practice of coordinating updates to the EDP with the simultaneous release--so it makes sense (at least to me) to remove this.
