JSON codec code generated causes C++ warnings for unions with zero fields

Description
Created attachment 269342 Example project
If a union type has zero alternatives (fields), then its generated JSON decoder and negative test encoder (if in RT2) functions contain unused variables, which cause C++ compilation warnings.
Unions with zero alternatives can only be created in ASN.1 code with the help of parameterized types. Example attached.
