Install path inconsistencies

This path doesn't match the one in the scenario based simulation tutorial: https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipse/simopenpass/simopenpass/-/blob/fcebc0ab422fc3b390b373579905fe6c9f18d818/doc/source/user_guide/tutorials/10_scenario_simulation.rst#L29
which might lead to confusion for new users.
The paths should be consolidated.
