Contribution guideline for third parties

As a contributor, I want to have an overview over the contribution guidelines for sim@openpass. I want to know who is the contact person in terms on contributions.

• Link on our webpage to the contribution guideline of the EF https://www.eclipse.org/projects/handbook/#contributing
• Write project’s contribution guide which consists of coding style and other guidelines for contributions

Acceptance Criteria:

• The contributor knows the processes on how to contribute code to the sim@openpass project.
• The contributor knows the contact person regarding contribution topics.
• The contributor knows the coding style.
