Draft: new website proposal - old design

Boris Baldassari requested to merge new_website into main

This is merely a refactoring of the current website. Notes:

  • I can't get the sub menu to work, as it should in the About section of the current website.
  • Wording has been changed to OSPO Alliance instead of OSPO Zone.

Still a work in progress, remarks are welcome.
