[Comment][Constraint] refactore these nodes in the first implemented diagrams

We must improve the VSM do have Shared Comment/Constraint and to use the noteStyleDescriptionBuilder to create Comment and Constraint of these diagrams :

• Class
• Composite Structure
• Package
• StateMachine

These changes will allow us to be consist with others diagrams
